The registration fee for participants covers admission to scientific sessions, printed conference materials, refreshments during breaks and lunch, Wednesday social event, VAT. It does not cover accommodation.
The registration fee for the accompanying person covers Wednesday social event and VAT. It does not cover admission to scientific sessions, printed conference materials, refreshments during breaks and lunch, and accommodation.
The IOCB employees working on the ChemBioDrug project, invited speakers, and exhibitors do not pay the registration fee.
Payment
We accept bank transfers and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro). All bank charges and commissions are paid by the participants. Payment on site is not allowed.
Invoices will be sent via email as a PDF attachment. To receive an invoice on behalf of a company or organization, you must state the address in the registration form. If the bank transfer is ordered by a natural person, it is not possible an invoice to a company or organization to be issued afterward.
In the case of payment by card, a link to make the payment will be sent via email after checking the registration.

Cancellation fee
All fees will be refunded in full for registrations canceled more than 40 days before the event. Registrations canceled less than 40 days but more than 10 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid. Registrations canceled less than 10 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
If the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic forces the organizers to hold the conference online, the same registration fees apply. The registrations are not eligible for a refund, except for the accompanying persons.
All fees will be refunded in full if the organizers cancel the conference.
